The Sky Is Falling Review,
If some of you haven’t noticed, this book’s characters comes from his other book “The Best Laid Plans.” You don’t need to read that book to know who the characters are, but it helps because it will give you more background information. Anyhow, I thought the plot was interesting, and no doubt a page-turner (especially since I finished it the same day I bought it) however I’m sorry to say that this book was not all that great compared to his other books. In my opinion, it seems like he’s losing his touch. I can’t exactly figure out what it is, but the book seems to be missing something.. and I guess I didn’t get the “fullfilment” at the end that I usually get when reading his books. Anyhow, Sidney Sheldon is one of my favorite authors, so if this is the first book you’ve read from him, check out his other books, they’re awesome! =)

“The Sky Is Falling” is vintage Sheldon; fast-paced, exciting, well-written, and always entertaining.
Sidney Sheldon is praised as being the “master of the storytelling game”, and deservedly so…he grabs the reader immediately, and pulls them along for a ride they will hate to see end.
If you are looking for a novel you can’t put down…grab this one!

HERE IS A SOLUTION FOR ALL YOU G1 (1.5) USERS: http://code.google.com/p/toggleheadset/. The download is FREE, but I do plan on making a donation.
I have tried it and it works! Note: This is NOT available at the Android Market as the develop doesn’t want to pay the $25 that Google charges to post your application in their Market . This means you will have to configure your phone to accept 3rd-party applications (Note: always a security risk). And, when you do download it, you will have to go to whatever screen you want the “Headset Toggle” to appear and add it as a widget. Launching it directly WILL NOT work.

|Not compatible with Cupcake,
I loved this adapter and would have given it five stars until a week ago. Then I received the Android firmware update on my G1 (version 1.5 aka Cupcake). Now this adapter doesn’t work. I had two of these and tested them both, so I’m sure it’s not a malfunctioning adapter. I wrote HTC and they were totally unhelpful. Be forewarned!

first of all, the device does NOT work by itself.
for 1.5 (cupcake) users go to [...] from your ‘gPhones’
and grab Toggle Headset – do make sure you go to settings > applications > and turn on ‘allow installation of applications from outside the Android Market’. Toggle Headset is a WIDGET so put it on your ‘desktop’ voila!
for 1.6 (donut) users to to [...] then head to the ‘download’ tab, again, from your ‘gPhones’

***this is probably still in beta development there is an occasional glitch in the sound but it’s very very minor compare to when it’s not working at all right? lol!!***
